Fasted again until about noon then had a little but of tuna before my workout then a nice lunch and early dinner about 4ish...ate separately from the family since im working late tonight. I dont know why the fat is so low. I think it was actually a little higher than that. Might be a weird entry in MyFitness Pal or something...grateful for another day of sobriety and being in full control of my mind and body.
