The goal is to be done cutting this month. I think 100 days is enough for a really impressive transformation. For sure plan to be done cutting by the end of this month. And then transition into maintenance and improving my performance.
Today was a win. 2400 calories is a bit more than I initially planned but my body was just asking for more fuel today so I decided to not deprive it. I didn’t eat anything different, just more of the same foods I normally eat. Macros still on point. 22k steps. Solid day. Step forward for sure. Thank God for everything.
