2034 calaries today, fat at 106 grams catches me by suprise. It was just a bunch of smaller things each meal that added up. Came in under my step goal ending at 8500 steps. Little fatigued after working out 4 going on 5 days in a row, but i want my body to understand its my new normal. Getting a good sleep tonight, starting my walking pad earlier tomorrow, preped a few better food options tomorrow, moving in the right direction.
