The opportunity I see is this:
There may be a way to structure the home into two solid legal living units, which could make the cost per unit more reasonable by Victoria standards. For the right buyers, this could be an excellent candidate for shared ownership, multi-generational living, or a co-ownership arrangement where each party has their own private space.
