Join Judy and me for a relaxed Meet & Greet with other like-minded people who are interested in buying and owning a home together. Come for coffee, tea or lunch—and please remind me that I said I would buy the coffee! 😉

This gathering is about more than simply looking at properties. It is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and help you take your next practical step.

We’ll talk about:

Why you joined the community and what you hope to accomplish
Your housing needs, wants and deal-breakers
Whether you have completed your matchmaking profile
Participating in a small-group discussion, either in person or online
A realistic property example and how the numbers might work
Whether you would be open to an introduction to a compatible potential partner

Co-ownership may still feel unfamiliar, but many housing models that are common today were once considered new. For the right people, shared home ownership can offer more flexibility and personal choice than a conventional strata arrangement.

Depending on the property and the agreement you create together, you may be able to:
