Accessing and Reviewing the Joint Venture Agreement
Once you have talked to the Mortgage Broker I have suggested or have had a chat with your bank, and have received a rough number and idea of what you qualify for and feel comfortable with, you may want to look at the Joint Venture Agreement we provide. Send me a note and I will authorize access to the VIP Classroom at no charge. If you are buying a home through me and wanting to find a partner to co-own with, it is all part of the service. We will help you fill in the agreement when the time is right, and then have your lawyer look at it prior to final acceptance.
