The Mysterium Opens! is happening in 16 days
It wasn't confidence. It was capacity.
When I first created the Mysterium, I joined a few free workshops about how to sell courses. I learned the gist, but heard crickets when I promoted my things. There was interest, but no one ever “booked a call.” After I built the whole course, I knew I needed to figure out how to fill my cohorts. So I took a gigantic leap. I’m talking about an $11k investment that turned into $15k. I figured out how these million-dollar coaches do it. Through the right ad placements, DM funnels, freebies, and more. I was booking calls and filled up four different 8-week cohorts. But I was burnt out. By my third cohort, I was fried. My nervous system went out. I did it one more time with no ads, just DMs. This was the smallest cohort I ran, but I knew I was done. Then I joined a few other groups of coaches who shared energetic practices to “hold more” and “charge more” for the results I was giving my clients. But there was a resistance in me that wasn’t just fear. It felt like a line I wasn’t willing to cross. How can I charge $5–6k for a program? Am I going against everything I stand for? It took me three years after the initial course creation to understand this. It wasn’t confidence I was missing. It was capacity. Not just the capacity to hold clients but to hold money, visibility, projection, and the responsibility that comes with deeper initiation. I’ve slowed everything down. Six months with my clients because this work needs time to take root. Not just scale intensity, but actually hold. The wellness industry is moving toward the trillion-dollar mark each year. And most of it is being held by wyt practitioners charging sometimes $30k+ for a training or program, while facilitators are being overtrained and under-integrated. Certified, but dysregulated. Skilled, but at capacity. Holding others, while quietly burning out. What I am now understanding is that this is the bridge for the transfer of wealth. My ancestors have paid with their lives for freedom. My teachers have spent their lives helping others and were always provided for.

[Poll inside] Which lineage stage are you in?
Hey Mystiks! Many new people have joined in the last few days, and I want to give you all a warm welcome. 🫂 ➡️ If you want to be a little closer to the group, join our chat What’s App Chat. As our Holding Lineage Workshop approaches, I wanted to get a pulse of where you are in the process. On the path of lineage, there are different stages of responsibility, and we are not all asked to do the same work. Each one requires something different from you. Each one shapes how you relate to your ancestors, your gifts, and the legacy you are creating. Take a moment to feel into where you are right now. There is no hierarchy here. Each stage carries its own responsibility. 🏹 Where are you right now? P.S. If you haven't registered yet, please do. If you know anyone who would benefit from this work, send them the link. >>> Register here today <<< 💗 Dive deeper soon, Dee

New Age is Dead.
What does that mean? Why do religious people often have children who don’t continue the path? Why do “spiritual” people still raise children disconnected from lineage…from land…from knowing? Because what is being practiced is not rooted. Lineage is not trend. It is not aesthetic. It is not something you pick up and put down. Lineage is relationship. It is lived and carried. Indigenous wisdom is alive. It lives in the blood of generations. In the trees, the birds, the waters—breathing the original ways. This is not about more things, more modalities, more consumption disguised as healing. This is about simplicity. Relationship. Responsibility. To the land. To your people. To what came before you. And what will come after. Let’s dive in! April 19th Holding Lineage: Leadership & Legacy A two hour soul retrieval experience for those ready to reclaim their power, reconnect with their lineage, and step into aligned leadership. >>> Register here today <<< *Free to attend and recording available with an option to dive deeper! 👇 Comment below: How are you holding lineage today?

No Room for Culture Vultures.
Welcoming April after the beautiful pink full moon in Hasta Nakshatra. 🌷🪬 I’ve been reflecting deeply on these topics for many years. Now it is the time to share… When respect and credit are not given to the communities—not just by acknowledgment, but by relationship— we lose the thread that ties tradition together. Fame, fortune, profit are alluded to as success in our modern world. Commodify. Exploit. Yet what living culture asks of us is connection, accountability, and responsibility. I’ve seen people take and become a so-called leader, only to fall from the pedestal they built themselves. In Kali Yuga, even demons will dress up in monk robes and become a priest. How do you spot the difference? Real leaders go last. They do not need to be named. They do not need recognition. They understand their purpose to humanity.Their mission is greater than their ego. Culture vultures pretend to be the spring all rises from, but they are just a pond with no living source pouring into it. 📆 SAVE THE DATE 📆 Holding Lineage: Leadership & Legacy Workshop April 19th 2026 ⏰ 11 am - 1 pm PST *Link to register will be available soon but as a member of SDM- Here's a sneak peak to my first solo workshop of the year! Can't wait to share sacred ceremony and integration with you all again soon. For all my of my relations, Dee 🪶

Inergy vs Energy
This is a controversial topic and I know it will hit some chords for some people. Every body is different and unique. Your work environment, daily responsibilities, and maintaining routine all contribute to what you need to survive (and thrive). But our society is hyper-focused on Energy. And I am not talking about Quantum energy here. I am talking about physical stimulation that has been hijacked by capitalist exploitation of the human body. From energy drinks to morning coffee rituals to the new matcha craze — we are all searching for more energy. More output. More production. More push. And rarely are we asking: Why are we so tired in the first place? From the Bhakti Yoga perspective, we try not to rely on external stimulation. External stimulation is often a sign that something internal is being bypassed. When we override the body’s natural rhythms with caffeine and stimulants, we create a cycle that is not sustainable without an outside source. That is different from inner vitality. This is why when I work with (especially) highly sensitive people, I always ask about caffeine intake. When you struggle with chronic illness, fatigue, burnout, depression and/or anxiety — it can absolutely be linked to the body becoming dependent on outside sources for “energy.” I am not talking about herbs, fruits, and vegetables. Those nourish the nervous system. They support regulation. They are not addictive in the way coffee and synthetic energy “fixers” can be. There is a difference between nourishment and stimulation. And this is where I use the word: Inergy Inergy is inner-generated vitality. It is what happens when your nervous system is regulated. When your adrenals are not constantly being whipped. When your sleep is intact. When your body trusts you. Energy (as society markets it) is often borrowed. Inergy is cultivated. 💠 Natural ways to restore Inergy 💠 🌞Morning Sun Between sunrise and around 10am — when the light is life-giving rather than aggressive. Even 10 minutes can shift your mood, hormones, and clarity.
