Many new people have joined in the last few days, and I want to give you all a warm welcome. 🫂
As our Holding Lineage Workshop approaches, I wanted to get a pulse of where you are in the process.
On the path of lineage, there are different stages of responsibility, and we are not all asked to do the same work.
Each one requires something different from you. Each one shapes how you relate to your ancestors, your gifts, and the legacy you are creating.
Take a moment to feel into where you are right now.
There is no hierarchy here.
Each stage carries its own responsibility.

⚔️ Lineage Breaker: You are breaking generational trauma and choosing not to repeat cycles. This stage often requires deep awareness, boundaries, and the courage to do things differently than what you were shown. You are interrupting patterns that have lived in your lineage for generations.
🪷 Lineage Healer: You are mending the lineage. You are awakening to your gifts and beginning to work in relationship with your ancestors, the earth, and your medicine. There is a return to joy, wisdom, and a deeper understanding of what has been carried.
🐋 Lineage Builder: You are creating and leaving a lasting impression for the generations to come. You are thinking beyond yourself—into legacy, leadership, and what you are here to establish. This stage is about responsibility, stewardship, and building something that will outlive you.
