Morning recipe on batch
43g ~ 800ml
Grind size 29 on Comandante
Water ppm 50
This is a standard recipe I do for batch at home. But today’s batch should’ve been 1 click courser.
It’s slightly heavy & uneven (I’m being picky lol).
A little courser - increase evenness of extraction - still suitable for the ratio I’m brewing.
