Nordics Best Roaster 2026
Here’s the info on the compulsory coffee I’ll be roasting for the final round of the competition in February. We’ve been brewing a QC batch all last week, and I’m getting to know this coffee better. I’ll be posting a course with some roast curves / breaking down why I took that approach next week.

For All The Pros.
Everyone is welcome of course, but be advised - this is gonna be a thick thread! - Green sourcing - Inventory - Roasting / profiling - Pricing - Online - Origin trips (it’s gonna be a good year!) - Strategic collaborations This is where the water gets deep and we become better at our craft. I’ll be working on regular courses to breakdown / open up on what’s going on in Sensei regarding all proprietary topics. Welcome to the real world Neo.
The Industry Thread!!!!
I love talking all things industry. Here is where people working in the industry, or owning their own business can chat more in-depth topics. In this thread, I’ll be going through things like: - Current suppliers - Future plans / retail strategy - Forecasting - Staffing / training - Business culture I’ll be linking / pulling topics from this thread into courses with all the details 👍🏻 Feel free to jump in, ask questions, give thoughts and contribute as we go. Enjoy!

Super excited to start on this- There’s been so many things I’ve wanted to share / start documenting with hopes that others could benefit from the idea / data we’re working with here in Copenhagen. Thanks for coming along!
