goes like this:
If you trusted yourself 10% more this week, would you stop trying to โ€œperform calmโ€ and instead practice this: pause, take one real breath, let the shake/awkwardness exist, and still speak, a little more slowly and un-rushed?
Whatโ€™s the one moment youโ€™d try that in first (meeting, small talk, ordering coffee, setting a boundary)โ€ฆ and what do you think it would prove to you about who you actually are?
