Quick update guys.
Unfortunately I’m gonna have to cancel tonight’s session last minute. I’ve lost my voice and my throat is really tender right now so I physically can’t speak properly.
We were meant to have a session on “how to regulate your emotions” but what I’m gonna do instead is record a full breakdown that’s slower, easier to follow and gives you guys actionable steps properly. I’ll upload it tomorrow ✅
