I am an Australian living on the Gold Coast of Queensland. I am married to my partner of 31 years. I am mother to two adult children and two young children. At 50+ years of age, I'm embracing my Crone identity - despite still being in the midst of parenting young children. I am a healer, utilising my life experiences and my qualifications in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Reiki. I am a nature lover. My dream is to own a bushland property. I also enjoy travelling. I haven't travelled nearly enough. I am currently writing my first book.

More specifically I am Jennifer Lucas Gibbs and my name literally means "Beautiful Light Warrior". Once I figured that out, a few things changed for me. I was asked to introduce myself in another group so I might as well do it here! I spent a few teen years in Italy (think Roman and Greek philosophy influence) and I love sitting and pondering on who we think we are. SO much good can come from the awareness of who we believe ourselves to be. I am a daughter of God, wife, mom, friend, caring human, mentor, manager, trainer, lover of dancing and sunshine, and group fitness instructor, former model and confidence coach. Those are some of the labels I have chosen to accept for myself. I aspire to continue to learn and share with others as I go, specifically with a mission to influence women to learn to take good care of their physical body as a default behavior, and earn their own self-respect in the process. I end my videos and trainings saying "You are Infinite". An idea to consider- what if you are exactly where and who you are supposed to be in this moment?
