Today, air-fried a cheddar brat, cut up some left over boiled potatoes (measured 1/2 C so I can log the net carbs, but probably won’t finish them), plus 1/2 avocado. People ask often what to eat. It’s much simpler than I used to think it was… Keep in mind that if you don’t have an air fryer, this is just as good or better if you sauté this bratt in some butter in a pan, which you can totally do with the Free Carb approach :-). You could even have 2 for added protein but you likely won’t be that hungry-
