Who are you really?
Hey Gorgeous! (Yes, you :) We've got some work to do together so I'm glad you're here!
All of us walk around with our favorite and not-so-favorite parts of ourselves, but EVERY angle is necessary for the whole. Accepting ourselves, and ultimately finding the beauty within and training ourselves to focus on what's good is the direction we want to go.
Fortunately for us, self worth can be contagious! When someone sees you acting and speaking respectfully about yourself, it gives them permission to do the same and then it multiplies! Who knew that by being kind to yourself you are also doing a service for your neighbor?
