What’s Your ONE Thing Right Now? 👀📖
I started reading again…even if it’s just 3 minutes a day.
And honestly?It’s exposing something in me.
Not lack of time.Lack of focus.
Because most of us are not tired from doing too little…we’re exhausted from trying to hold TOO MANY THINGS in our head at once.
As a wife, empty nester, wellness builder, homemaker, content creator, encourager, community builder 😅…
I can easily feel pulled in 17 directions before breakfast.
But this question from The ONE Thing stopped me in my tracks:
“What’s the ONE thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?”
Whew. 🔥
That question alone can change:
  • your mornings
  • your finances
  • your wellness
  • your marriage
  • your business
  • your peace
Because scattered focus leaks energy.
Focused obedience builds momentum.
For me right now?My “ONE Thing” is rebuilding intentional daily disciplines again:📖 reading🙏🏾 prayer🧠 focused action🚶🏾‍♀️ health choices📱 purposeful content❤️ serving people
Not perfectly.Just consistently.
And God said…

One focus.One next step.One obedient decision at a time. 💛
