She said to accomplish our goals we must have these 6 below 1. VISION 2. STRATEGY 3. RELATIONSHIPS ( mentors, peers, counsellors - people committed to Gods word etc) 4. FAITH (Faith takes risks- THE JUST WALKS NOT BY SIGHT BUT BY FAITH. Trusts God when it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. ) 5 We Must FOLLOW-THROUGH - have patience, stay the course. CHRISTIANIYY IS A MARATHON NOT A SPRINT 6 We must BE RENEWED to reach our goals . BE RENEWED IN THE MIND ! SPEAKING PROMISES EVERY MORNING WE GET UP! and speak OVER MOUNTAINS all sorts TO MOVE 💥 EVEN over our ability … FORGET SAYING I CANT. IF THIS IS YOU… READ THIS 💛 ✔ You love your family deeply✔ You want your home aligned with God✔ But things don’t look how you prayed they would Can I say this gently… You are not stuck.You are in a rebuilding season. There was a time I realised… I was thinking A LOTPraying A LOT …but not always moving in the direction of what mattered most. And that’s where many of us get caught. Not in lack of desire…but in scattered focus. So I asked myself: 👉 “What is the MOST important thing right now?” For me, it’s simple: My family under God.My marriage.Peace in my home.A future built with intention. But here’s the real question… 👉 Are my DAILY decisions helping bring this to pass? Or am I: • Overthinking instead of acting• Distracting myself instead of focusing• Reacting emotionally instead of leading spiritually Because truthfully… There WILL be resistance. But we don’t quit.We don’t hide.We don’t delay. We decide… and we move. MY SIMPLE DAILY FOCUS NOW: • Pray first• Do ONE needle-moving action• Protect my environment• Choose peace in my responses• Reflect and adjust at night That’s it. Simple.But powerful. You don’t need a perfect life…You need intentional days. And those days will build the life you’re praying for. Can we have an honest moment here… How many of us have quietly experienced: - Night cramps waking us up 😩 - Feet swelling after sitting, standing… or even resting - That painful “first step” in the morning …and just thought: 👉 “Maybe it’s just age…” That was me too. 💛 What I realised It wasn’t random.It wasn’t “just getting older.” My body was actually saying: 👉 “Circulation is slowing”👉 “Muscles aren’t relaxing properly”👉 “Something needs support” 🔄 What I changed (kept it SIMPLE) No overwhelm. No 10-step routine. Just: ✔ Supported my body with better mineral balance✔ Stopped staying still for too long during the day✔ Added a simple evening “legs up” reset✔ Introduced a proper night routine (game changer!) 🌙 My simple routine now Morning - Warm water - Light movement (even indoors) - Ankle pumps to wake up circulation - VItal Health supplements ✔ During the day - Move every 60–90 mins - Short walks / calf raises - Water throughout the day Evening - Legs up for 10–15 mins (this alone helps swelling!) Sleeping Game Fun !!!
Be honest… how did you sleep last night? 😅 If your answer is: “meh…” or “I don’t even want to talk about it” 😭 You’re not alone. Because apparently… we scroll till 1am 📱 wake up at 6 😩 drink coffee like it’s a personality trait ☕😂 …and by Wednesday we’re walking around like zombies 🧟‍♀️ (When I read that… I HOLLERED 🤣 because why is this so accurate?!) But here’s what hit me… Sleep isn’t just “rest” It’s your energy Your mood Your focus Even how you show up for your family 💛 And most of us? We’ve never actually been taught how to get better at it. So I’ve joined a Sleep Challenge inside a community — and I love the idea already 👀 ✔️ Log your sleep in seconds ✔️ Build streaks ✔️ Earn rewards (yes real ones 😄) ✔️ And do it with others — not alone Because let’s be honest… Doing it alone is where we quietly stop. This is 14th day comment added . CONFESSION - I chair-slept after, routine late dinner with hubby(rice & meat). Woke Feeling a bit tired. Didn’t want to still go to bed cos 1.5hrs to wake-time of 430am(God-time)(5am Live zoom exer) MUST IMPROVE - please help me us God.
