About Me — Don Weyant
Founder, Meditation Life Skills Podcast & The Secrets of Meditating Private Community "Meditation isn't about becoming someone new—it's about remembering who you already are." — Don Weyant. I'm Don Weyant, a meditation guide, metaphysical minister, and creator of a global field of calm through Meditation Life Skills and The Secrets of Meditating. My work is dedicated to helping awakened souls remember their inner light and reconnect with the deeper intelligence that lives within the stillness of every breath. Through more than 34 million podcast downloads, I've shared messages of presence, frequency, emotional healing, and inner expansion. My path blends metaphysics, ancient spiritual practices, sound healing, and intuitive awareness into teachings designed for the evolving consciousness of our time. I hold a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science (B.MSc.), am an ordained metaphysical minister, and am a certified meditation teacher through multiple wisdom lineages. However, my true education stemmed from the life experiences that shattered me and the prolonged quest for meaning. Meditation was the bridge. Presence was the turning point. Stillness was the awakening. Today, my mission is simple: to help you experience the quiet intelligence behind your thoughts, the light beneath your challenges, and the timeless presence that has been guiding you all along.
