My Apex Counselors response to my one page capability and NAICS codes
I wanted to share the response from my counselor. I want yo to know that I use AI to help me. I was very pleased with the response.
I did try to go into SAM. gov to change my codes , as per recommendation, but was unable to do so. It appears I must wait for some approval, before I can change the codes.
On another note, I have a meeting scheduled with my counselor this week. And I am also doing the Introduction to the Mentor-Protege Program.
I do get confused as to where I can find things in the system. I will encourage everyone to work with AI to help you.
Diane,
Thank you for sending this information to me. Can I just say I appreciate you for the organization you have demonstrated in this document - it is probably the best I have seen
Here are my recommendations:
  • Capability Narrative: I recommend keeping the first two paragraphs and removing the last one as the information in the last one can be captured through key words. I do, however, recommend referring to your support of "government agencies" vice just "agencies" and "prime/subcontracting partners" versus just "subcontracting partners" to make sure you do not inadvertently exclude a key industry.
  • Keywords: I have no additional key words to recommend but suggest the separation of current phrases into stand-alone words/smaller phrases as follows -
  • NAICS Questions
  • Other Questions
Please let me know if you would like to set up a session to review this information or if you have any other questions. I look forward to hearing from you and have a great rest of your day.
