Hey everyone! I'm O and I'm 34. My goal is to create a healthier lifestyle for myself again. I used to be very physically active but as usual life and work can sometimes allow things to slip. I’d like to get back to higher fitness levels for long term health and happiness. Calisthenic tricks would also be a nice bonus 😉
