Day 7 of handstand
Can't believe I broke my PR again. Today I did chest to wall drills first and also opened my shoulders and lats.
And on the 3rd kick up, I got 28 seconds handstands.😲 I achieved my goal for 6 months in a week, now will work on my consistency of kickups.
