Any swimmers in the group ?
Hi Guys. I definitely experienced fluidity when I run after doing stability and rope work as first thing in the morning. Has anyone experienced something similar for swimming. While swimming intentionally, i try to feel if I am making an infinity pattern but I feel that my hands and legs dont seem to in sync as in case of running. Any thoughts / experiences ?

Kettlebell form correction

Mad about Rope Flow
Have just started dinking around in the way of the rope app and I’ve been plateaued at the underhand sneak for weeks now. Just saw the tip to record sessions so I intend to do that. What I’m enjoying most about the practice is the way a movement begins syncing in and then something clicks and it’s just so cool. lol! Anyway steady flowing to y’all.
