I'd like to invite EVERYONE here in the School to film just one piece of your training/movement this week and share it with the group!
Whatever it is you're training it doesn't matter.
It can be any exercise you really love right now, or a freestyle body flow, or a Landmine Clean!!
It can be 'boring' as a plank or a push up or energetic like a Rope Flow pattern, it doesn't matter how it looks.
What matters is how you feel about it - the thing thats in your head when your not training that you're thinking about doing, something that you feel passionate about in your training! 🤔
If you can film just one thing (or a small edit of a few or just a pic) and post it as a reply to this thread, write a small caption about why it is your doing it, what you feel about it would be ace 🙏🏼
