Just had the pleasure of meeting and training SOB member in Matlock.
After a fun session of Football juggling & kettlebell juggling we filmed a quick chat about his experience in SOB and he had this weeks question of the week.
So, what fundamental/approach or training method did you once overlook or reject because it was commonplace or mainstream and you threw the baby out with the bath water so to speak, and now you realise it has value?
