Just been getting back into the monkey press with kbs which I love the feeling of along with the kb press. I’ve recently acquired v light kbs (2,4,6kg) and it’s really opened up the monkey press for me in terms of springing from foot to foot and bringing in balance which didn’t feel right with heavier weights. I’m also experimenting having a kb in each hand (2kg and 4kg). Gets my heart rate going straight away!
Any disadvantages to using 2 kettlebells? Less depth on the coiled side?
