MARCH HOMEWORK - 15min Barefoot Trot 🦢🌱
Hey all,
Recently when I've wanted to move my body but had no motivation to hit the gym or go for a big walk or run I've just been doing this...
15min - barefoot on the grass - very light jog.
No pace or goal or distance measured.
And let me tell you after my body feels alive, especially my feet, ankles, knees etc all feel really active and healthily nourished without being burnt out.
Afterwards I may do some calisthenics, pull ups, hangs, squats and hinges or I may just end it there and be happy for the day.

So my task to you is to try this at least once in the next week or so.
If you like it maybe do it 2-3 times a week.
OR if you really wana go for it.. once a day for 30days in a row. I am on day 4 today.
Please let me know how you find it if you have a go.
