Hey all, coming fresh of spending 4 days with David Weck in the UK and the weekend learning from Chris Chamberlain (lead Weck Method Instructor) I feel my understanding and application of Weck Method has deepened somewhat so I thought it would be a good time to discuss/share what stands out for me and what I may have misunderstood or not valued before that I now understand or see greater value in.
Coiling (front side and backside) - Torsion (internal and external) - Steering (near side and farside).
Plus lots more.
Would be nice to share and discuss this with anyone who can make the Live Chat or if you can't make it feel free as always to leave a question for me in the comments on this thread.
