How are you guys planning your training ?
I have been juggling with SOBM for more than an year now. Honestly I have not been very regular with work and personal commitments. Having said that , I followed the path of :
  1. Stability module
  2. Rope flow basics module
  3. kettle module
The dead end I have hit is, I dont have the stability to the level has :) . Can do basic rope flows. Can do basic kettle bell work outs.
I wonder how should I plan my workout routine so that I do enough weight training for appropriate fitness, specially when I work 9-10 hours from desk.
Anyone could share if they been successful in charting out a work out routine for progressive learning and at the same time training in the area of - stability + fluidity + strength. Thanks much
