Hey School,
Earlier this week I coached an up and coming professional British boxer Niall Brown.
We'd spoken for a few weeks and he had just started rope flow so he had dragon roll down on both sides coming into it which served well.
This video is me talking through the session and footage of his training as we did it.
What we did and why we did it using:
It should serve to anyone passionate about boxing/martial arts or just coaching in general and wants some ideas of how to teach what I share here on to others.
