Curious to hear experiences of people how they plan their training ?
- How do people plan their training around any issues ? Anyone who works at a desk job and has issues with neck, weak middle back, hunched posture ( despite of using ergonomic work station/ standing desk) , tight hips ? Like , i have nerve pinching in my neck pain and got radiating pain ?
- I find that if I focus on my rehab, i lose track on my regular practice . if i focus on regular practice, i see myself getting into an episode of flare up.
