Anyone walk backwards?
Hi everyone,
To add to everything here, I would also try walking backwards a bit. Its great for strengthing and stabilising I believe, can confirm it feels good.
Anyone else tried it? With what results?
Sorry I've been radio silent Tim but I have been working through materials and old zoom meetings which leaves little time for much else. Really enjoying though so thanks Tim!
