Morning squad! Hope we’re thriving in these sub zero temperatures - more cals burnt to keep warm so it’s all good 🥴 Little brief on this evenings call, I’ll be covering January Offer preparation and converting this side of Christmas. Big lesson I learnt with one of my clients Pippa were we went from 19 to 63 clients from this time to end of January - laying down touch points and drip feeding awareness to what’s coming up when the market shifts. I’ll also break down ways to re offer and nurture all old leads to get people in now and commited. Speak at 6pm 👊🏻
Talking about my service (why, how, what) draft – Be brutally honest here
I coach to help men overcome the reality of feeling invisible. When you're working hard towards becoming the man you want to be for your future, it's hard to look in the mirror and see that ambition not show in your body. That's why I help busy, hard-working men lose fat and go from feeling invisible to building a physique no one can ignore while training less than 5 hours per week in the gym, and eating the foods you enjoy. This is for men who are tired of the confusion, need structure and a system to adapt to their busy lifestyle.

Critique my Phase Map – The STEEP System
Phase 1: Shred - Drop fat fast in 6-12 weeks to reveal abs Expected outcome: Lean, attractive and more confident Phase 2: Reverse & Reveal - Eat more food, avoid diet rebound, and fix metabolism while staying lean Expected outcome: More energy, fuller muscles, and a maintainable physique Phase 3: Gain & Maintain - Put on aesthetic muscle while minimizing fat gain. Expected outcome: More balance and freedom in your body, with an elite physique you can maintain year-round and enjoy a flexible lifestyle with it. Framework Pitch: Starting in the 'shred phase', taking the user from feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck and insecure about their body to reliably losing fat week-to-week to become lean and confident. From there, we use accountability with the 'reverse & reveal phase' to improve metabolism, boost energy and prevent fat gain. Now that we have this new standard, we move on to the 'gain & maintain phase' which allows us to add aesthetic muscle with minimal fat gain. By the end of this process, the user will have a physique that is elite-level and maintainable during rapid lifestyle change.

Knowing my old self
Resistance patterns: - I spent 30 hours last week dedicating focus to getting a remote side job rather than putting that energy into my own work - I called a friend with my shiny object syndrome to try and get into UGC - I spend an hour everyday after eating my post-workout meal, watching shit on youtuvbe and procrastinating work. My loudest self-doubt – "people don't trust me" It's a mirror, it means I don't trust me... Over the last 6 months, I've been in la la land, and I've been avoiding the self that I am striving to become. Not going to tolerate this anymore.
