Good morning handsome bastards, In the immortal words of Staind, it's been a while, but i want to drop an update that module 3 is now finished. This took longer than planned with the relocation to the USA, but settled back in the groove and full steam ahead. Module 3 focuses heavily on improving communication skills and your ability to influence your clients to action the work you set. This is to address the client adherence gap and help more people in your service take action and see better results. There are a lot of scenarios where clients ghost, fall over, get overwhelmed, derail, and just stop actioning and communicating. Module 3 targets these issues and gives you i) a deep understanding of what's happening in these respective scenarios and ii) practical techniques you can implement immediately. If you need help with a specific scenario, that's what this community is for - we all learn and grow together. You are surrounded by coaches who've gone through what you're going through, so share it, and we can all move forward together. I'll be adding in more content throughout the models, if there is anything specifically you'd like me to cover, comment below.

Evening team, Just a quick update, this weeks upcoming call has been moved to Wednesday (6pm). This is a one off, Tuesday's will remain moving forward but I'll be out of action all day this week in preparation for moving to the USA. Hey Team, Just an update on what's coming to the community very shortly. I'll be restructuring the approach within the classroom and I'll be adding in alot more detail around psychology. I want to pivot the training into teaching you the fundamentals of human nature, which never change. I know this will yield more impact and results a apposed to focusing on surface-level tactics.

Morning team, Hope you're well and smashing it. Just a couple of updates here: 1) calls will now be weekly every Tuesday @ 6pm. Tonight's call will be a live Q&A and business audit. Bring questions and identify the 1x problem you want fixing right now in your business. We'll go over as much detail as needed to give you the solution and clarity on what you need to action to get more results for the effort you put in. 2) I am updating the content of the courses and adding additional elements. I will be delving more into psychology as this heavily influences people to enquire after watching your content and improve client adherence inside of service. The more of an impression you can have on the people you talk to (through direct conversation and through your content), the more control you have over growing your coaching business. The strategy is clear: attract 8 clients a month and keep them for 8 months. This will grow and hold you at £8-12k per month, depending on what you charge. I'll now focus on producing more in-depth lessons on how you'll actually do this beyond the surface-level marketing tactics. As always, your feedback is appreciated.
