First night wearing mouthguard - sore muscles
Hi!
After ~2 hours of wearing a mouthguard, my jaw muscles became sore. Also, my lower jaw got aligned more forward and it felt unnatural to close it completely without the mouthguard so my teeth meet. Does anybody know why this could be happening and if I should worry? Thanks!
