Since I’ve began wearing Reviv, approx. 1 year ago, I noticed a great improvement in my bite. I legit only wear it at night, no thumbpulling, no stretching. I do wish I have been doing it as I would’ve progressed much more, but from just wearing a mouthguard during sleep, this is immense improvement. (Wish I had a before pic)
