This week we will be doing something a little different.
By this time, the challenges we’ve given in the past should be habits that you do on a regular (10k steps, sleep well etc). These are no longer challenges as it’s became a no brainer for so many of you.
For those of you who don’t sleep 8 hours a day, walk 10k steps etc, you need to get that down before you move onto something more complex. This will be challenge 1. Here are the requirements:
- Walk 10k steps daily
- Sleep at least 8 hours daily
- Cut out ultra processed foods
- Maintain a regular and normal sleep schedule
- Spend less then 4 hours a day on social media.
This may seem surface level, but it has to be a pre requisite to more advanced challenges. No shame in taking on challenge 1. It truly is a challenge. If you wish to participate in it, upload photos of your sleep aswell as your steps from Apple health app.
Challenge 2 is for those who want a step up from challenge 1. Everything from challenge 1 is a required prerequisite to this.
- climb 30 floors daily (apple health app)
- Only cook home made meals. (nothing pre made)
- Go out in nature and walk at least 20,000 steps for at least 1 day this week
- Create a vision board with where you want to be and all the steps needed to get there. Make it detailed, it’s for you!
This challenge is definitely not easy. It will really take an effort to get this completed. Remember if you cheat this, you don’t gain anything. You only hurt yourself. Do these challenges for yourself, not for validation.
