These are your 2 challenge options for the week. Pick ONE and commit fully. The goal is to push yourself, track your wins, and show up daily with your team.
๐Ÿ’ฅ Challenge 1: Own Your Morning (Discipline + Clarity)
Start your day with this 3-step ritual:
1๏ธโƒฃ Wake Up & Hydrate โ€“ Drink at least 12โ€“16 oz of water right after waking up.
2๏ธโƒฃ Mind Reset โ€“ Meditate for 10 minutes or take a 10-minute silent walk (no phone).
3๏ธโƒฃ Plan the Day โ€“ Write 3 clear goals for your day (in Notes app or on paper).
๐Ÿ“Œ Tracking: Post a quick photo in your team threadโ€”this could be your water + journal, your walk, or your written goals for the day.
๐Ÿ’ช Challenge 2: Push the Edge (Physique + Strength)
Pick one compound lift and aim to beat your performance by the end of the week.
1๏ธโƒฃ Choose your lift (bench, squat, deadlift, pull-ups, shoulder press, etc.)
2๏ธโƒฃ Record your baseline set at the start of the week (weight, reps, RIR)
3๏ธโƒฃ Hit it again at the end of the week and try to beat your numbers
๐Ÿ“Œ Tracking: Share a photo of your gym log or a short clip of your baseline/progress set inside your team thread.
