Goal: Improve posture, skin, circulation, and overall aesthetic through daily walks.

2. PHYSIQUE CHALLENGE: โFit Fuelโ Nutrition Tracker*
Goal: Improve body composition through eating habits, not just lifting.

- Track your food using MyFitnessPal or Cal AI.
- Aim for consistent protein intake (at least 150g/day).

- Share 3 full days of meals with the community through a post.
- Post 1 high-protein recipe that others can try.
โขโ โ How to Track: Screenshot your macro tracker and log meals in a post.
3. DISCIPLINE CHALLENGE: โThe Daily Dial-Inโ
Goal: Build structure, self-control, and mental clarity.

- Read 20 pages.
- Meditate for 10 minutes first thing in the morning.
