1: Reconnect with yourself
- Under 2.5 hours daily iPhone screen time (upload photos from screentime in settings)
- Take at least 2 hikes (upload photos when you take them)
- Journal once daily. (No proof needed, lying only hurts yourself)
2: Physical challenge
- Go to the gym 6/7 days this week (upload photos of your workout)
- Upload 2 images of meals that helped your gym performance (high protein meals)
- Progress pictures (upload a photo of your current gym progress at the start of the week
Missing a day is completely ok, just let us know what happened and what steps you’re taking to succeed!
Note: I know last week didn’t have a challenge and I’m super sorry about that. I’ve been extremely busy and have had my personal life taking a lot more time then it typically does. Sorry about the inconsistency, I will try to work on it. -Clément
