Challenge day 5
Today was a better then yesterday, was able to drink water, meditate and plan my 3 goals. I was able to complete 2 of my goals which was to study and take a walk. But i did drift off of my meal plan by getting takeout. Im gonna fix that issue by meal prepping more when i have energy, as i feel like i make decisions like that based on convenience more than anything.
Today was a step in the right direction and im feeling better now but jobs not finished.
