Hara point - Why and How?
4000-5000 years ago in India, they worked with seven chakras, which were located along the central line of a person, along the spine and correlated with important centers of a person, with the centers of his vital activity – heart, digestive system , various internal organs, etc. The Chinese took this knowledge into their own system and used it for medicine about 2000-2500 years ago, concentrating this knowledge in three points (upper, middle and lower dantian). They are known in the qigong (or chigong) system, tai chi, and in various martial arts. About 1500-2000 years ago, the Japanese took this knowledge from the Chinese and again concentrated it, now at one point – Hara. We will work with this point. In our Q&S today - besides answering your questions - I will tell you a little bit about how I use the H-point in my daily life. See you here at 2pm CET <3 Misha
