Hey everyone 🙏 We’re starting live Q&A sessions this week - a place to ask, explore, and practice together. This week I’m gonna introduce you to our possibilities in our new community, my schedule and one exciting possibility. Based on a question from @Emma Hallgren, I will talk about the way of eating that sharpened my mental capacity and stabilized my energy throughout the day, so I can work with my businesses in several directions and multiple language communities. Before there were supplements, there was life. Real strength doesn’t come from powders - it comes from living food. I’ll talk about pros and cons of supplementation in general in the light of human evolutionary physiology. I’ll also talk about stroganina - nature’s original package of the most bioavailable building blocks for our cells - including creatine. You will get both theory and practical use, based on my experience from the last 15 years of using it - both for myself, my family and for my clients.
