Im really starting to move even more towards carnivore-ish. What I feel the best with at the moment is soups. Most of the time they don’t even effect my breathing afterwards, CP stays constant and gives great energy for many hours without feeling full. Wish you all a great Wednesday 🔥

Thanks, Philipp! That’s exactly what we need to care for - our energy surplus and how our meals influence it. If the food satiates, but diminishes the energy, then it’s benefits are questionable… If the food raises energy and wellbeing - and gives satiation that feels light - then we might want to repeat it again, right? :-)
