Pre Approval in New Builds
Yesterday I had the privilege of speaking with an agent who was struggling with helping a buyer with the decision to get pre-approved prior to home shopping. I believe this is a struggle especially when looking at new construction. I wanted to share a thought from my course The Aligned New Build Agent™. Not every buyer walks in the door ready to buy. Some begin with nothing but a feeling. A quiet late-night scroll. A whisper of “What if…” they haven’t yet spoken out loud. This is the moment most agents miss.
