Pre Approval in New Builds
Yesterday I had the privilege of speaking with an agent who was struggling with helping a buyer with the decision to get pre-approved prior to home shopping. I believe this is a struggle especially when looking at new construction. I wanted to share a thought from my course The Aligned New Build Agent™.
