Midweek check-in
Life can feel heavy sometimes…There’s so much to hold, to process, to navigate. Today is a gentle reminder:you don’t have to carry everything all at once. Pause.Check in with yourself.Honor your feelings without judgment. There is strength in allowing yourself to feel…and even more in choosing to care for yourself through it. One breath, one moment, one step at a time. Rumbo Network is a space for women who are navigating life while carrying so much. Here, we move away from “pushing through” and into a more sustainable, grounded way of living—one rooted in compassion, intention, and growth. This is a community where you can: ✨ reconnect with yourself ✨ feel supported and seen ✨ learn practical tools for your well-being ✨ grow at a pace that honors your life You don’t have to do it all alone. This is a softer place to land. Let’s start with a gentle check-in today: 👉 What has felt the heaviest for you this week? 👉 What is one small way you can support yourself today? You can share as much or as little as you’d like If this resonates with you, you’re warmly invited to be part of this community. And if you know a woman who could use a softer place to land, feel free to share this space with her 💫

Midweek check-in
Good news!
I wanted to share a small (but meaningful) update... I was recently selected as a Top 10 finalist in the Entrepreneur of Impact competition. Honestly, this feels like a reflection of the kind of work and conversations we value here: building something with purpose, sustainability, and real impact. If you feel connected to what I’m building, I would truly appreciate your support through a vote 💛 Link to vote: https://entrepreneurofimpact.org/2026/joan-soto-melendez

Let’s talk about self-criticism
Hi, beautiful community - I want to open a gentle conversation today… How do you feel about releasing self-criticism? For many of us, that inner voice didn’t come from nowhere, I was shaped by: • past expectations • cultural or family pressure • survival patterns So when we begin to soften that voice…it can feel uncomfortable. Almost like we’re losing a part of who we are. But what if we’re not losing ourselves —what if we’re making space for something better? 1) more peace 2) more stable confidence 3) a more sustainable way of living I’d love to hear from you: What does your inner critic usually sound like? When do you notice it the most? What would it feel like to respond to yourself with more compassion? No pressure to have the “right” answer; this is a safe space to reflect and share. You’re not alone in this!

Something I’ve been noticing lately…
Lately I’ve been noticing how many people are holding a lot internally… still showing up, still functioning… but feeling overwhelmed underneath. One thing I’ve been gently reminding myself (and others) is: your nervous system needs moments of pause, not just pressure to keep going. Even small resets can make a difference. Curious: what’s something that’s been feeling heavy for you lately?

Something I’ve been noticing lately…
Hi everyone
I’m happy to be here for about a month now, and I’m continuing to learn and adjust to this incredible ecosystem. It’s been inspiring to see the different ways people are building meaningful communities here. For those who have grown successful Skool communities, what has helped you the most?Any tips on engagement, culture, or things you wish you had done earlier? I would truly appreciate your insights. Thank you in advance
