Hi, beautiful community -
I want to open a gentle conversation today…
How do you feel about releasing self-criticism?
For many of us, that inner voice didn’t come from nowhere, I was shaped by:
• past expectations
• cultural or family pressure
• survival patterns
So when we begin to soften that voice…it can feel uncomfortable.
Almost like we’re losing a part of who we are.
But what if we’re not losing ourselves
—what if we’re making space for something better?
1) more peace
2) more stable confidence
3) a more sustainable way of living
I’d love to hear from you:
What does your inner critic usually sound like?
When do you notice it the most?
What would it feel like to respond to yourself with more compassion?
No pressure to have the “right” answer; this is a safe space to reflect and share.
You’re not alone in this!
