May is Mental Health Awareness Month
I strongly believe this is a beautiful opportunity for us — not only to raise awareness — but also to slow down, reflect, and support one another with more honesty and compassion.
Sometimes mental health conversations focus only on crisis…but emotional wellbeing is also found in the everyday moments: rest, boundaries, connection, self-compassion, asking for help, and learning how to care for ourselves beyond survival mode.
So today, I would love to open a gentle conversation in this space:
✨ What is one thing that has been helping you protect your peace lately? OR
✨ What is one area of your wellbeing you want to reclaim this season?
No pressure to have perfect answers. This is a soft place to land.
