Check out the new Taichi stick video! I love practicing with the stick. It's such a great method of stretching out the upper body. I continue to make it a 30 min. practice daily and I use it for balance while practicing Taichi circle walking. I'm amazed at the benefits and the results that I have achieved
through my body's posture and throughout my neck, shoulders, forearms and wrists.
