Ronin day 2 ...making progress

shared with me in yesterday’s Loom video and helped me get super clear on my community idea and the (WHO) that Travis kept beating across my head. They also showed me how it all ties into what we’re doing here in Ronin and more.

Right now, I’m waiting on a response from a photographer who runs a group of local business owners. I’m looking to run a pre-auction in her group to use up some old marketing credits I have with a content distribution company I used to resell. This test ties into what I’ll be doing in my community.

Outside of that, I’ve got a pre-auction starting Thursday with a woman in the personal development niche who’s agreed to share it with her 14k Substack subscribers. TS recommended using her high ticket offer ($5K to $17K), but she felt it would be too time and energy intensive to fulfill, and risky if she didn’t make that money back. So instead, she’s going with her mid-ticket offer and stacking on some extras her audience has never seen before.
